Give rewards for completing tutorials#992

I do foresee an issue here that tutorial progress is tracked on your local save instead of in the servers, so if the reward was coins or something that could be farmed by deleting your save. However if the reward was an emote or some other item I’d imagine the servers have some way of keeping you from getting duplicate items or it could check if you already have the item with the servers so that should probably work
