Gamecube controller randomly becomes unresponsive#983

I think this started with the controller update.

I play on gamecube controller with the official adapter and every so often, my controller just stops working, my character will run or walk of the ledge or do any other random input.

It gets stuck like this for maybe 10 seconds to a couple minutes at times. This is on local and online play.

I keep trying to play and enjoy the game but it’s making it difficult.

If any dev sees this please help me figure out the issue.
