Hazards-Off Toggle to expand stagelist to 30#977

The new kragg stage is amazing, and without the rock runners it still looks to be a semi-competitive stage that you can still enjoy normal 1v1s +doubles with friends. I think the wall runners are awesome and really funny, but I would only really like to do four player FFAs and items with that stage. I’d hate to have to pass it up when it’s just me and one homie.

In smash ultimate, hazards off made stages like wario ware, green greens, PS2, unova, yoshis story and yoshi 64, castle siege, kalos, and others still scratch the itch of having multiple layouts, even if they weren’t all tourney legal

Depending on the kind of stages coming, with hazards off you could potentially have 20 unique, fun, and semi competitive stages to enjoy. Aka, increasing the stagelist to THIRTY in one blow :)
