Tippers are suppose to be rewards for propperly spacing attacks. Having the tipper on the 2nd part of up B make it feel like it happens not because Clairen propperly spaces their recovery but because the oppenent messed up their own edgeguard. The duration legnth of this stun is also extremely long leading a simple missed edgeguard leading to a complete role reversal. (Clairen’s get overly rewarded opponents mess up, not for propperly spacing attack). I think either toning down the duration time of tipper for the recovery or swapping it so the intial hit (similar to marth melee) has the tipper so that landing it feels more intention.
