Retro Zetterburn gets angrier when you change palettes#964

I don’t know if this counts as a bug, a feature, or just an observation, but Zetterburn’s expression gets slightly angrier when you change from the default Retro palette to any of the other ones. That’s all I have to say.

Thats been a common oversight with some of the renders. Newer skins/pallots are more likely to have an updated portrait, but they still need to change the older ones to match.
