[Bug] Pairs of players can simultaneously join a doubles queue lobby with 3 players#536

Pairs of players can simultaneously join a doubles queue lobby with 3 players, resulting in 5 players being in a doubles lobby. If players ready up and start a game, only 4 players will be present in the game. I assume this sometimes happens when the pair of players are using 2v2 With a Friend to queue, because they often leave the lobby then join it again simultaneously. Having more than 4 players in a doubles queue lobby doesn’t make sense, so pairs of players in the queue should not be added to queue lobbies with 3 players.

This has occurred on all servers I have tried during the last few months, including LA, Fremont, and Dallas.

This has been our worst experience in doubles yet - me and my buddy queue up together and keep queue-ing into a lobby that already has 3 people (a 2 stack and a 1 stack) and it frequently results in one of us crashing. Can’t really play doubles anymore.
