Galvan side B is bugged#20

Galvan Forward Special before patch 1.5 reached significantly further while galvanized. Meanwhile, in this patch, it goes the same length as the non galvanized move, and its not mentioned anywhere in the patch notes that neither the firts version was a bug nor this version was intender

Fixed as of hotfix 1.5.0.1
