Give Orcane puddle a time to travel to reach the puddle (and revert the new timer nerf). The further Orcane needs to teleport the longer it takes for him to get there (I think maypul has a similar mechanic for traveling with a vine). If the main reason for the latest nerf was to make it so that Orcanes can’t use recovers for get out of jail free card if used on the opposite side of the stage. This change could address that issue as it gives the opponent time to punish.
