Bring Miami servers back#1098

Maimi servers suddenly dissappeared this morning. Floridians again losing one of two servers with a playable connection.

Miami and Atlanta are the only servers that most Floridians, especially south Floridians, can play below ~50 ping and not have more than 2 or 3 rollback frames. We host lobbies and tournies on Miami. Please bring Miami back.

The Florida scene is an incredibly powerful scene and the Miami server is very important to us. Easily the best server we have IMO.
