Shader Load during Cutscene Opening or On Game Load#1056

Allow the shaders to warm up without us having to press start.

Just on load please just warm up the shaders

I press play to load the game and leave real quick, I hate having to come back and press start to watch the shaders warm up

I feel like this is an easy quality of life fix
