Sometimes you’re fighting someone in casual who’s just that good, and they’re probably better off queueing for the ranked ladder because they’re taking a casual queue too seriously. Or sometimes you’re in casual because you’re demotivated by ranked and don’t feel like you’re good enough. An emote to this effect captures both sentiments: “as a casual player, I’m not having a good time”, and/or “as a casual player, you‘re good enough to queue for ladder”.
