Add custom item and stages to workshop support#1023

With the introduction of items gamemode and 10 new casual stages. Adding the ability to also make custom items and stages could be a great addition to the workshop. May be a good introduction to the mod seen as items and stages could be easier to create.

Those things are already confirmed for later
