Bright Light appearing on Ranno Needle charge only on Underground Arena#1015

Hello,

When on the Underground Arena skin for Godai Delta, if you pick Ranno and commit a Neutral B charge, a bright white star/spark spawns in the middle of the Neutral B while it is charging. All skins have it, though some show it better than others. It is very noticeable on the Retro Skins and any black skin. I have a feeling the lighting was done differently on that stage and that that is the culprit.
