get-up and ledge taunt (and taunt cancels)#1010

we have getup attack and special from grounded and from ledge which is awesome… but sometimes the victory slowdown isnt enough time for me to get off ledge and taunt. i suggest that pressing the taunt button at ledge does some sort of taunt option. at the very least just play the taunt audio if you are laying down or holding ledge and press taunt

also ledge canceling taunts currently cuts the taunt audio off, it would be really cool and swag if you could taunt cancel with full taunt audio playing! (yes i main ranno)
