Ranked Workshop#1006

I think it’d be cool to have a Ranked Workshop Character Toggle so that players can be more competitive and possibly main workshop characters, but i think the workshop creators would need to follow limitations set and be reviewed by devs to be accepted or declined to keep it balanced

Players without this toggle off would only get matched against players with the main cast
