Ability to cap your mmr ranking#1005

I think once you hit plat you should be able to unlock the ability to cap your mmr ranking to not gain any mmr from wins, but these players should have a higher priority being matched with others players that are capped, i had this idea to combat alts

this is kinda crazy haha. This would mean you would just get better and better while staying in lower elo and just dumpstering and ruining the experience of genuine plats and golds harder and harder over time. This is built in smurphing lol. Alts ruin the game too, but at least with alts there is the punishment of having to buy the game a second time
